Camp Rainbow Gold hearing pushed back a month

HAILEY, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) Camp Rainbow Gold is appealing the Blaine County Planning and Zoning Commission’s decision to deny construction on a permanent location on East Fork Road.

That appeal hearing is being pushed back a month.

The Blaine County Commissioners were scheduled to hear the camp’s and East Fork residents’ arguments on Tuesday. However, an injury to Hailey Mayor Fritz Hammerle, whose law firm is representing a group of East Fork residents opposed to the construction of the camp in the canyon, forced the hearing to be re-scheduled for Dec. 5.
