After 15 months of legal wrangling, Camp Rainbow Gold is moving on from East Fork.
This week, the organization opted against seeking reconsideration from the Blaine County commissioners of their decision denying Rainbow Gold’s application to develop a 260-acre campus past Triumph.
The deadline to file for reconsideration passed Jan. 16, two weeks after the board issued its final order to uphold a Planning and Zoning finding from April. Reconsideration would have been the last step available before moving from the commissioners’ chambers to District Court.
