When things don’t work out exactly the way you think they will, what really matters is how you respond. We’ve had a busy year full of progress and adjustments, new staff, and new adventures at Hidden Paradise. And with many things combined, the outcome is that the Camp Rainbow Gold office is moving – again.
You may remember that less than a year ago we jumped on the remote work wagon. We moved most of our storage to Hidden Paradise and extremely downsized our office to less than 300 sq ft in downtown Boise. We love the energy of downtown and are so grateful to have the opportunity to meet some incredible neighbors and be part of the Downtown Boise Association.
Moving On, Moving Forward
We gave it our best effort, but for many reasons, the decision did not work for us. At the top of that list – YOU.
Our Camp Rainbow Gold community — volunteers, donors, families — is at the core of our organization. We discovered that it is difficult to maintain relationships with you and our co-workers from home. We started to see many opportunities where having a dedicated space for Camp Rainbow Gold and Hidden Paradise will benefit our entire CRG family. We’ll be able to host more donors, committees, camp operations, and board meetings in a space already dedicated to Camp. We’ll have open office hours so you always know when you’ll be able to find a Camp representative. We’ll have more in-town storage for fun swag to get out at events and activities in the Treasure Valley. And, we’ll be able to return Camp check-in and pick-up to our own property!

We are officially moving on August 30, 2022, and will take a little time to get settled. Moving forward, our open office hours will be 9-4 p.m. Monday-Thursday and available on Fridays by appointment.
