Although the weather may be turning frightful, Camp get-togethers are always delightful! In this volunteer newsletter, you'll see our camp dates for next year, what is happening at Hidden Paradise, as well as upcoming volunteer opportunities and CRG events.

Niambi Jaha-Echols discusses 10 different areas to focus on in order to build inclusion, diversity, and cross cultural agility. This article asks for self-reflection and adjusting our habits so we can be the most welcoming camp we can be!  


Giving Voice to Inclusive Leadership Competencies

In this interview, Jennifer Brown, breaks down a four stage plan to help organizations create inclusive leadership. She speaks about the roles of leadership are changing with generations. She talks about how "there isn't a wrong starting place if your intent is to grow."



Event Team Members Needed!
