Boise, Idaho native Ryan McFarland is a co-General Counsel to Scentsy, Inc. Ryan handles Scentsy’s litigation and advises the company on a wide variety of the company’s day-to-day legal concerns. Ryan is also actively engaged in the law firm he started in 2013, McFarland Ritter PLLC.
Ryan is committed to the well-being of the community he has called home his entire life. In addition to a regular practice of pro bono work, Ryan volunteers in a number of capacities, including in his church, on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army-Boise Corp. from 2010-2021, and now with Camp Rainbow Gold.
When not in the office he can usually be found playing banjo on his cabin deck. If you can’t find him there, then he has found a mountain lake with his teenagers and his dogs.
