Stacey Gehlken is currently Vice President of Human Resources at Blue Cross of Idaho (BCI). In this capacity, Mrs. Gehlken has the responsibility for aligning employees and talent strategies to BCI’s business direction. Mrs. Gehlken is an experienced HR professional with a passion for improving business results. She has been in her current position since 2017, focused primarily on the total rewards philosophy, leadership capabilities, culture, increasing transparency, communication and the employees’ experience.
Mrs. Gehlken has been married for thirty years and she and her husband have raised and put two kind and thoughtful women out into the world.
