Share Your Heart Ball

Over two decades ago, Kris Nardecchia and Rob Cronin saw a need to send kids to camp and took action to raise the funds to do it. What began as a beautiful Mardi Gras-themed evening has grown and evolved into an extraordinary annual event, complete with a magical, transformed ballroom. It is an understatement to say that it has exceeded our dreams.

From furniture sales to hauling flooring over the ice rink at Sun Valley Lodge (thanks Al Lindley), every year of Share Your Heart Ball has brought new adventures, as well as hundreds of volunteer hours that have made this an amazing reality.

Every year, Share Your Heart Ball also has brought unimaginable triumphs. With the generosity of our community, the Share Your Heart Ball has raised millions of dollars—funds that have sent thousands of children and families to camp, creating moments of joy, connection, and healing.

Because of this event, Camp Rainbow Gold has flourished, reaching more families and providing a place where hope thrives at our permanent home, Hidden Paradise. The hard work, generosity, and love that has been poured into Share Your Heart Ball year after year has made an impact beyond measure. What began as a gathering created to fill a need has become a beacon of hope for children facing unimaginable challenges.

We thank Kris and Rob for their vision, dedication, and generosity. And we are grateful for the dedication of every volunteer who has helped us make this a reality, as well as the unwavering support of our community. Together, we make dreams come true.
