Dear Camp, From Nolan

Feb 14, 2022 | Camp Rainbow Gold, Camps

I enjoy everything about Camp but here are some of my favorites.

I enjoyed the water slide even though I emptied the water out of the pool.

I also enjoyed campfires because of the jokes and riddles everyone told.

The horseback riding was also fun I just wished we had more time for them, but I bet other kids enjoyed learning about horses and how to saddle them.

I’ve really liked the art shack and making the fun crafts.

Everyone at Camp is so nice and helped the week grow more fun by the day! Thanks to them my days at Camp are as fun as can be! Everyone there does fun activities and plans awesome adventures to go on! They never exclude anyone and help by giving us the time alone that we need sometimes! At Camp, the counselors make sure that everyone feels special.

Camp Rainbow Gold Sibling Camp hosts siblings of Idaho children who have been diagnosed with pediatric cancer before the age of 18. Over the course of several days, we turn attention to these children who also need the chance to have fun and make friends who understand what they have been through.

Sibling Camp welcomes children ages 6-17 for a week of laughs, challenges, fun, and empowerment. As with oncology camps, a full crew of experienced volunteers, medical staff, and a licensed social worker oversee the medical and emotional needs of each camper.
